Purchase of a Membership Package does not guarantee winning any prize, giveaway or promotion.

5. Billing, Renewals & Pricing

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month from the original purchase date unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships renew automatically every twelve (12) months from the original purchase date unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

By purchasing a Membership Package, you authorise Pivot Point Prizes to automatically charge your nominated payment method for all recurring membership fees applicable to your selected membership tier.

All pricing displayed on the Website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Pivot Point Prizes may change membership pricing, inclusions or benefits from time to time. Any pricing changes for recurring memberships will apply from the next billing cycle after reasonable notice has been provided.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly Memberships

You may cancel a monthly membership at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not entitle you to a refund for any current billing period already paid.

To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, cancellations must be completed at least two (2) business days before the next billing date.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled during the active membership term except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Pivot Point Prizes is not required to provide refunds for:

• change of mind;
  
• unused membership periods;
  
• failure to use benefits;
  
• failure to participate in promotions; or
  
• account suspension resulting from breaches of these Terms.
  

7. Upgrades & Downgrades

If you upgrade your Membership Package, you agree to the new pricing, inclusions and renewal terms applicable to the upgraded tier.

Any changes to your membership tier may take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle, at our discretion.

Downgrades may result in loss of benefits, discounts, entries or promotional access associated with higher membership tiers.

8. Account Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
